Life happens. Need to cancel? Please cancel within 3 hours of your appointment. You can do that online or by contacting me personally. Late Policy. It's very straightforward. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will have to cancel our appointment. It's in place so the person who has an appointment after you doesn't have to wait. It's also in place for you, the client! You don't need to wait either! No-shows are a no-no. I do charge a 50% cancelation fee for no call no shows. I charge a 25% fee for any cancelation with the 3 hour period of an appointment. This fee is avoided your first 2 cancelations. Do you have a Membership? There are no cancelation fees. Please just message me before your appointment. Rob
