Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Late Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to adjust your plans. To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality services to all our clients, we have established the following policies:
Cancellations
We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who are on our waiting list due to the high demand for our services.
If a cancellation occurs within the 4-hour window, a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
To cancel, please email gentsgroomingsf@gmail.com or call the store. Your cancellation is only valid once you have received a confirmation response from a member of our team via phone or email.
Late Arrivals
We strive to keep our appointments running on schedule to ensure a positive experience for all clients. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Appointments will be canceled if a client is more than 10 minutes late. This policy is in place to respect the time of clients scheduled after you and to ensure you also receive your full, dedicated appointment time without unnecessary delays.
No-Shows
No-shows significantly impact our ability to serve other clients and manage our business effectively. Therefore, a 100% cancellation fee of the service cost will be charged for all no-call, no-show appointments. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us cover operational costs and compensate our dedicated employees.
